Just received my final posting pack of this session, they included some extra packs of 1st class stamps as well as a presentation pack featuring butterflies. Nice thank you gift!

Phew, I was starting to panic. I posted my first smart item yesterday and then received this email this morning. Will just ignore it then.

So was wondering if generic email to everyone, or just me. As everything i have sent that require smart, has had included.

I have just finished training and my online schedule is for three items next week - all with my first smarts in and I too got the email about enclosure of smarts.

I haven't had my sender pack for next week yet mind :-/

Don't worry. There does not seem to be a set pattern for the packs being sent out. I used to always get my pack on a Tuesday on my last stint. But, this time they seem to arrive any day up until Saturday.

I did not get the email about smarts in items. I got can you return any spare smarts as we don't have many left. Anyone else?

I also received the email about returning Smarts (on Friday, from memory), will have to re-check TNS email.

I seem to have collected quite a number of Smarts at present.

Would not be too bad if I had any. Not all this weeks letters have gone because I don't have hardly any. If I don't get any when my time comes to an end I'll call them. My pack this week had Sellotape on the pack don't know if they added that or if it came open in the system.

I need four for next week so I'll keep those. I have one that's on my list and one that just appeared one day so they can have those back on Friday.

I wonder where they've all gone? Maybe it's time they bought a few more?
