    Reading this section of the email
    Until now, in order to register a Post Office that you use to post items over the counter, we have asked that you register the Postbox outside the Post Office. On the morning of Monday, 30 September 2013, we are updating our system to allow you to search for and register the Post Office itself. We would be grateful if you could do this as soon as possible following the update.

    Hopefully it should be possible to correct any errors.

    Morning All

    In my posting plan for next week they have a smart
    to be sent out on one of the days and I do not have
    the smart in my stock, i have checked back as I keep
    a list of what comes in and goes out, but no sign of it.
    Sometime things run really smooth and then when a
    problem comes up you start doubting yourself.
    Anyone else had this problem?

    Yes that does sometimes happen to me. The best thing to do is wait until the day it is due to be sent then if it still has not arrived prepare the item. Select no I did not add the smart when you click on it. It will ask why not and then give you the option to add one you have. They sometimes appear when they are going to send them to you but they seen to never arrive sometimes.

    I have just checked back and the smart they are asking
    was sent out by me on 20/9, I had no stock in and sent
    it back out from another poster.
    It was all logged correctly though as they once advised
    me to do.

  • Well, i have done my three weeks 'retraining' only to receive an email saying i am on hold again as they are over subscribed!

    I really don't think they have good procedures and enough staff in place to cope with the work load.

    I wish they would sort out the SMARTs, I have 4 items for next week and only three SMARTS - but they had me send back two out of my stock on Friday! Hopefully I'll get one from another panellist before Thursday, otherwise I'll have to hold it over until the following week. Wny can't they just buy some more SMARTS? Seriously.

  • I agree. I made a point of preparing all my letters for next week and logging the SMARTS on the system before they could ask for them.
