  • You don't need to enter these as received items.

They are items you need to prepare and send out.

smart - nothing there as not onto them yet

It's only my 2nd posting back so still very new n lost lol

the sheet with the sticky labels on has R000 on them but that's not accepted, I can't see where my postcode should be to check they not sent me wrong pack

The R000 is a "training code". If anyone was going to record it, it would be Mr WH as he receives the item.

Whilst in training you record only what you post out. The packs you receive with the items to post are not Received items as far as the survey is concerned.

Argh, I keep getting emails asking me if I was around between 2-6 September because I received a tax dodger disc and it took longer to arrive than expected. I keep replying saying the date was right and they keep sending me the same email over and over. :(

Don't think the 6 months is set in stone as I only did about 4 months before being "rested" and some people seem not to have been rested at all.

I did 2 months then was 'rested' only to be re-instated recently.

I have an item to post tomorrow and the postcode on the paper schedule does not match the postcode on the online schedule.
    What to do?!

I had one of these and was just told to post as normal. I posted the other day one to a certain bank that has just recently changed address. Although the system had not been updated with the new address so they just sent out the envelope which showed the wrong address.
