I have had 7 letters from other posters this week and over half of them (5) have had times, dates and PO/PB written on them. I know i have mentioned this before but i feel there is no point mentioning it again to TNS as it will still keep happening.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Oh, dear. I've received the e-mail today saying that in 2 weeks time my 6-month stint is coming to an end.
Fingers-crossed, I'm invited to more correctly delivered's, etc. during my retirement!0 -

I have not received single letter this week. I needs smarts to post all the rest out. I have 5 next week to go. Maybe they removed me from getting post too early. Wc 30 is my last week.
I emailed this morning to ask for some smarts just see if they reply.0 -
Received my first box today... Or more precisely, had to collect it from the sorting office! What a snooze! Can't really complain though. My first box received since I started doing this in June...Because it's fun to have money!

I had one with the posting date written on the back today too...
Don't see why people just can't keep the posting schedule with the letters and look at that!0 -
I have also received the 2 weeks end email from TNS ROYAL MAIL PANEL but I have not being active for 6 months, I only went "live" at the beginning of August. :mad:0

Wondering if anyone can help.
Currently doing the send and receive surveys, and have built up a collection of leaflets, magazines and post which has been delivered by the postman but not yet showing on the screen, although a couple of magazines are listed that they may eventually arrive.
Have checked TNS FAQs and looked at the beginning of this thread, but unsure whether items which I have had longer than three weeks can now be binned, or do they have to be sent to TNS? If they have to be sent back, do I ask for envelopes or are they routinely sent?
Last time I did the surveys I binned everything which hadn't shown on screen after 3 weeks.
Any help appreciated, thank you.0 -

Don't think the 6 months is set in stone as I only did about 4 months before being "rested" and some people seem not to have been rested at all.0 -

If you are doing the full survey, then you only need to keep items for 3 weeks in case they suddenly appear on the specified list.
They can then be recycled.
I think some people are being asked to return unaddressed items after their 3 week survey, but they are sent envelopes at the time they start.0 -

Which survey are you currently engaged on?
Leaflets and other unaddressed mail is not part of the "send and receive" survey. Only mail addressed to you is involved.
The leaflets etc are for the Unaddressed Mail survey.
The magazines which appear on the "may be received without an R number" are neveretheless part of the "send and receive" (main) survey.0
