My six months off has been over a year now. Anyone else in the same boat?
On a bright note though I got invited to join a German survey company to log post from abroad and they pay in Amazon vouchers. Just hope I'm accepted.0 -

I emailed them to tell them on Wednesday but got no reply. My schedule for next week shows 1 item to post on Monday but my pack again hasn't turned up (I normally receive them on the Friday) I have just emailed them again. Is this a sign that they don't want me?
This happened to me too. After two weeks of receiving schedules everything stopped and non-one answered my emails.0 -
Received one of the jiffy bag packets today. Why do some senders think they don't need to include all of the folded paper that the survey packers put in them? Today's one had two sheets when I know that they usually add 10 as well as the cardboard piece to make sure the weight is right.0

Perhaps they needed the scrap paper?! I usually keep the folded paper that I receive from others.0 -
It's fine to keep what you've received but keeping the stuff before you've posted it would surely be classed as interfering with the survey.0

Yes, that's rather silly and makes the package look too thin!
I'm never surprised by the daft things that people do though!0 -
I am somewhat confused.
I have been given a schedule for the past three weeks, and I have stuck to it rigidly, and entered when posted on the website. However, I have had every single SMART-posted package/letter questioned under the "Query" section of the site, telling me it wasn't present when I posted it. It definitely was.
Is this normal? Have I done anything wrong? The SMARTS have been included, and where applicable, assigned correctly to the letter, but it doesn't register with them, clearly. I am doing it correctly, and I know I am, so I do not understand where I am going wrong.
Any advice, please!
Also, as someone else has mentioned, I have never received a franked package. They're all still intact with £2 - £4 worth of stamps on them. Is this something I should point out to RI, as they can, in effect, be used again, which would lose them money, and in the case of the story posted a few pages back, can also lead to trouble (I wouldn't do it anyway, they send enough stamps as incentives!).0 -

Not sure why you keep get queries. Don't need to inform them about unfranked stuff. As this will be picked up when you log it.0 -

I always put what is needed in, I still have tones of paper left over from my 1st time with them lol. I have just started my 2nd one and had 2 loads of stamps but no gift sets.Jan Wins: .0
