The online schedule is meant to be the one to use. So if you are preparing the items now, just follow the online instructions. If this has no Smart to be added, then don't try to add one.0 -

I am due to post an item today – they have allocated it to a smart which is not in my possession and I can't change it to another one – what do I do please? Save it til next week and hope they sort it out?
I also have a smart in my possession which is not on their list? Do I just send it back does anyone know?

Is there a reason why you can't add another smart to the item today? If you don't have a spare smart, wait until next week and see if it arrives from another member.
The smart that isn't listed can be sent back in one of the smart return envelopes and they will sort it out. Might be worth checking once you can login as they update smart information on a Thursday pm.

Click on it. When it asks did you add smart xxxx say no. It will then ask why you did not add it. On the next page just add another when it asks.0
