Today I've received an item with completely the wrong R number label on it! Mistakes do happen but please double check before putting things in the envelopes as that now means me, another panel member & HQ have to sort the mess out.

I had two like this yesterday (was a bit miffed as my four-year-old wanted to do some painting and I was hoping for some extra paper!). Maybe a dud batch from TNS rather than a mistake by the senders?

Hi, I have an item to post today on the online posting schedule and they sent me the correct label and stamped envelope, but no information as to what time it should be posted as it is not on the paper posting schedule.
Should I just post anytime today?

Anytime will do. Just log the time you posted it.

For anyone keen on recycling all those part used label sheets, this page has the exact template for printing - scroll down to the label sheet for 16 labels and measurement 105 x 35 and click on the Word icon to the right of that.

I've just received my first small box to post, and obviously I would have to go into a post office to send this. The problem is that I work, and they want it posted on a Thursday - this is not really going to be possible. Has anyone had a similar issue?

In the past I have posted the day before AFTER last collection. The post at my post office goes at 4:45 so I just go in at 5:15 and hand it over. Hth. I then just record I posted it after last collection on the website and not hand any problems as it enters the system on the day they want it anyway.

Thanks - unfortunately, I don't get home until after the post offices have closed, so can't even do it the day before!

I had a box to be posted on a day of the week when our village doesn't have a post office facility, and the nearest other post office is a bus ride away. I posted it on the day our post office was open, and emailed to explain why. They were happy with that.

So, why don't you either email and ask for guidance; or, post on a Saturday and let them know.
