Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

  • Surprisingly good service from them for me!

Complained after missing my September stamps (I'd had a 1-week holiday, which was recorded on the site, and ended up it just being the week that stamps were sent out). I said to them that it seemed unfair that they expected me to "work" for the next 3 weeks for no reward...

Anyway, after a couple of days, got an email back to say that they agreed and that extra stamps would be sent to me soon. :) Thought I was being a bit cheeky asking TBH, but thought I would, after all - an email costs me nothing!

I recall that in the past one didn't have to chase them about this sort of thing. They used to send just the stamps (with a comp slip) if you weren't due to receive a posting pack the week they were issued. So that was even better service.

Just curious, do they list any items on the Survey website, that we are likely to receive, from other participants.

Been doing the small envelopes for past 2 months, now received first lot of smarts today for next week (4 in total) and presentation stamps, so i assume i now start the actual main survey.

The only items they list as likely to be received are those without an R number included in the posting and which have to be identified in other ways.

All normal postings (from private or business) have R numbers.

If you are no longer sending to the West Bromwich address then, yes, you are starting the main survey.

Just had my notice to quit in 2 weeks. :(

Wonder if I will ever get invited back, especially when it gets sold off.
  • Something odd is going on! I received my first training pack with free stamps 3 weeks ago and have been following instructions each week, posting items according to the schedule (so far 4 envelopes). Today I've had the same pack, as if I'm starting training again, with another lot of free stamps. Not quite sure what to do!

From memory, training lasts longer than 3 weeks. Just keep on following the instructions and you'll get there in the end. Probably.

  • i have received 3 packets this week -all handwritten, with the £3 stamps unfranked -no RM stampings anywhere on the packet ?
I have entered all the info requested on the page - is this something I should mention in an email -as the odd unfranked stamp now and then could be expected....but 3 in 1 week ?

The stamps on many of the packets I receive are unfranked. Additionally, I can't remember receiving one with the barcode markings either.
