I'm currently waiting for an image for a magazine received last week to appear. It can take a while so do not worry0
-
I've finally had an email now (see my post from yesterday), better late than never!
I'm a bit confused though - the guidelines/email say:
An item should be kept for one week to give you the ability to cross check against items shown on the website.
Enter items during the week, then on the Monday the following week please return it back to us (not proper grammar, but I'm typing verbatim!)
Data entry is made easier if you keep your items for 7-14 days as items can be delivered late and still recorded on site.
So when do I post items back? Do I post back everything I receive this week on Monday 16th or wait until Monday 23rd? I have 5 envelopes, so I'm guessing I post on 16th then next weeks on 23rd, but then I'm not keeping items 7-14 days am I? I could potentially be posting something within 24 hours of receiving it. Perhaps I'm overthinking this and making it more complicated than it needs to be?!
Thanks0 -

Yes I was confused by this too when I did mine last month. I would send everything back on Monday 16 and then the 2 Mondays following. Luckily all the items shown on the website arrived on time for me so I didn't need to use the extra 2 envelopes. My Love to Shop Voucher arrived yesterday and has already been spent by my daughter.I've just agreed to do the correctly addressed survey in October, another new one for me.

The isnt a problem per se...because you have identified all the leaflets that the panel are interested in within the first 3 weeks you dont need to continue for the following 2.
I think the way it works is you have upto 5 weeks for the leaflets to be delivered and recorded,so if youve not identified the key items as shown there is an addiditional 2 weeks available for them to be delivered and monitored.
This happened to me last time I did the survey
Slightly confusing, and would have been nice if they had told me that! Thank you! :-)0 -

Ive just looked at the latest email invite I had for the unaddressed mail and leaflets...an in a way they do say its 3 weeks data entry but allow up to 5 for data entry..although I do admit that the wording they sometimes use could be better chosen......
my email reads....
"Your participation wave is for 3 weeks starting from 09th September and you will be allowed further 2 weeks to data enter the items."frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

I haven't had any of the 4 leaflets on the website yet, but I've had 2 local newspapers. One of the newspapers came with 3 leaflets in, do I include them separately?0 -

Not only did I get emails like that when I was doing that survey, they phoned me up too! How rude!0 -
Surprisingly good service from them for me!
Complained after missing my September stamps (I'd had a 1-week holiday, which was recorded on the site, and ended up it just being the week that stamps were sent out). I said to them that it seemed unfair that they expected me to "work" for the next 3 weeks for no reward...
Anyway, after a couple of days, got an email back to say that they agreed and that extra stamps would be sent to me soon.Thought I was being a bit cheeky asking TBH, but thought I would, after all - an email costs me nothing!
Because it's fun to have money!
£0/£70 August GC
£68.35/£70 July GC
January-June 2019 = £356.94/£4200
