About an hour later I got an invite for a Correctly Delivered survey so I suppose that could be counted as the same thing! :T0 -

Email them and give them all the details of the item that is missing - you won't get a reply for a few days at least but they will get around to it. Don't forget to quote your PID number in the email headerprincessmoneysaver wrote: »I have on my posting schedule a £3 parcel to post out but no envelope with stamps on included in the pack - what's the best way to get in touch with them about this?

Hi
I had a special scenario and wanted to discuss it with RI. I emailed them @ postalsurvey@research-int.com
The email keeps on coming back to me saying something about maximum number of attempts exceeded. Message returned to sender.
What's going on please?

It can go as a "Small Parcel" as the dimensions are less than 16cm X 16cm X 16cm. I remember there was some confusion by some PO Counter staff who didn't realise this and were insisting on a higher price.Got another box to send next week >_< I see they've reduced the amount of stamps on the box now!
I can't find a link right now but perhaps someone else will remember. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Their email is postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk0 -
Their email is postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk
Though the TNS address appears on their log-in page, I can understand why the_matrix used the other email address - postalsurvey@research-int.com is the one they have put on a note I received from them today. I have used it today and didn't receive a failure message.0
