  • Hi,

I've tried to sign up for this but it is asking me for a reference code. I've checked my email (and junk folder) but i can't see it anywhere. Does anyone know what code to use?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

From the Reference Code drop down menu, use Internet or Other. Should be ok.

Hmmm! Not received my posting pack for next week (My 1st week back in training again) will have to phone them on Monday about it.

I did 3 weeks retraining ( though the first pack had no envelopes in!!). Then heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Last week received e mail saying I am now on active list and will receive first posting pack w/c 30 September.

I gave a 3 week notice of a holiday but continued to receive items to post throughout the 2 weeks I was away.
I have 4 outstanding items to post, do I just post them on the day they were supposed to be posted on but late by one/two weeks?
FAQ said that's what I should do.
However I have had 2 emails in the last 48 hours saying

It is important that we can report posting and receipt information of test items to Royal Mail and Ofcom as soon as possible. We are about to report the latest set of data, therefore please could you make sure that you are up to date with entering your survey data and enter the details for all items that you have sent or received between 05/08/2013 and 01/09/13 by the end of today.

Anyone else been late to post items?
  • Thanks GetRealBabe, all done. :)

I think this is a standard message to all participants. I had it too.

I've posted one week late on occasions but never two. I'd be happy to do so, though. As you said, this is what the FAQ tells us. :)

That's a standard email. I had one too.

Stick to the instructions about posting on the same day of the week.

If you haven't posted it, it will not have been received - so can't be tracked for percentage performance. If you haven't received something which was due, then it has missed its delivery and they should then be aware of the lower performance.

Just make sure that, by the end of today, you have entered everything that did actually happen up to last Sunday.

Aarghh, I've just counted up my SMARTs and compared them to my list online and I've got an extra one and can't work out where it's come from! I'm sure I haven't forgotten to enter a letter/packet!

Well recently they sent me 4 with my mailing schedule etc. Only 3 were required according to the online schedule. The excess one isn't listed and is of the "old" type. I'll send it back to them in the envelope they provided when they sent it!

I have being doing this posting panel for a few weeks now and everything is going fine but now I have encountered a small problem. On my posting schedule I have to post a small box at the Post Office which is inside a well known shop. When online how do I log-in the details when I had to hand the box over the counter to some post office counter staff. As anyone else encountered this problem, or is the answer so simple I cannot see the wood for the trees.!
