I have done the unaddressed mail survey several times but this is the first time I have had to send the items back. Does anyone know what I have to do if I actually want to keep an item of junk mail?0

I think its quite a new thing thats been introduced to send the stuff back and at the risk of sounding rude (I appologise in advance)....perhaps you could keep an eye out in the paper recycling boxes in your street for a spare copy or ask a neighbour...
Although if you have a scanner and can photo copy the leaflet send the copy in and keep the original...
Otherwise its a very good valid question to email them...and if you do manage to secure a response it would be good to hear what they suggest.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

If using IE, try clicking Tools, Compatibility View.
Sometimes helps.

When I click on tools I can't see compatibility view, I'm on windows 7 if that helps

It's Internet Explorer browser, rather than Windows 7 (the programme).
Do you know which browser you're using?
Firefox, Safari, etc .....0 -
Ummmmm it's just the normal 1 on the laptop, Safari think rings a bell

Are you using a Macbook? Safari is the generic browser for Apple.
I'm using a Macbook (Safari browser), but am very new to the system. Have just checked my page for Royal Mail, and it seems alright.
Can't help any further, apologies. Hope someone else can offer advice.0 -
