i have just received a yellowish padded envelope - not the usual packet - anyone know if this is something new or just someone swapped it as normal packet not available?

I've had a couple of these recently so presumably they are using these as well as the normal packets.

I started training about a month ago, did a couple of weeks then told being rested.

Rested for about a week, then items arrived to post next week.

It looks like I'm on the go again.

did about 6 months last year but now this is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have done the training and been told I am being put on a short break- very irritating as they must know how many people they have signed up for a certain area.

I think you're being too kind to them.

I've been doing this since the end of 2011 on what they said would be a fixed 6 month period, and I'm still waiting to be 'rested'! Throughout the whole of that period they've given no indication whatever that they have the remotest clue what they're doing, but the stamps - to be fair - always arrive on time.
  • I have received eight separate envelopes, each with a SMART return envelope inside, and a covering letter stating "Here's your requested stationary".

I have never requested any stationary, despite clicking through to the link in the panel online to see what it was. Is this normal? I only have two SMARTS, both of which have been allocated to a task, and packaged up ready to go next week!

Madness! I get one return envelope each week with my normal mailing. I assumed that everyone received the same. I have a pile of them just waiting to be used.

Sounds as though they have no waiting members in your area if you haven't been rested since 2011.

I recently made the mistake of going away for 4 weeks and was immediately taken off the survey although I had only done 4 months of my stint. Before they introduced the 6 month on & off, I regularly went away for a month and had no problems staying on the survey.

Never mind, I am quite happy to do the other surveys - much less hassle & pay in L2S vouchers.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason why they send out items at times. If you read back through this thread you will find many times when posters have been sent a Smart one day to receive a request to return it the next day.

If you take part in this survey, you just have to accept that this company couldn't organise a p***up in a brewery.

Take the stamps and grit your teeth - you are in for a bumpy ride.
  • Thanks OP! Well spotted!

  • OMG After being in training three times since May and being laid off each time, then being given a short term live of 8 weeks where some body had dropped out, then being laid off, I am now BACK IN TRAINING!!!!!!!!! ARRRRGGGGHHHHHH!:rotfl:

Sorry for the shouting but I think it merits it:rotfl:

  • Training is so boring isn't it. I'm on my second training session but I am soon to be doing a third survey and am saving the L2S vouchers for Christmas :)

I hope I go live soon
