Just received an item, with the following written on the insert, and would like some clarification on what I need to do:

Receiving Panelist:
After checking and recording the information below, please put this insert back inside the test item envelope, before returning it to Research International.

Is this a request for the SMART to be returned, in those lovely silver envelopes I keep getting sent more and more of?

No, it's old stationery, just keep the SMART and shred the rest or whatever you normally do with it!

I was invited back for the first time in July with a start date of this week but never received my pack, i have emailed them but no reply.

Has this happened to other people?

Whoops, two of the questions I have asked have been answered already there! Sorry, and thank you once again!

Further query - I have been receiving items now for the past week, however the printed address that is on said packages is incorrectly written. It actually SHOULD be going to a different address with the way it's displayed! However, when I get post directly from RI themselves, it's correct.
I guess this is just part of the survey, no?

No its not part of the survey - if you are receiving items with your address incorrectly written or labelled then you need to contact TNS and let them know. In fact it asks you when you log received items online if your address is correct, if it is not then say so

Hmmm! Not received my posting pack for next week (My 1st week back in training again) will have to phone them on Monday about it.

Exactly the same situation as myself. I emailed them on Thursday but still awaiting a reply.
