I have being doing this posting panel for a few weeks now and everything is going fine but now I have encountered a small problem. On my posting schedule I have to post a small box at the Post Office which is inside a well known shop. When online how do I log-in the details when I had to hand the box over the counter to some post office counter staff. As anyone else encountered this problem, or is the answer so simple I cannot see the wood for the trees.!

When I've had to do this I've always just used the post box number which is outside the shop (assuming you have one!)

You use the reference for the post box outside the store as technically that is where you are posting. It only has to be handed over as the box is too large to go in the actual post box.

If you need to post a letter at the Post Office, you would use the post box outside.

Has anyone moved house while doing this? I am due to move in the next few weeks (hopefully) It will be in the same postcode area and I will do the Royal mail re-direction thing for a few months.
Should i let them know of the pending change of address now or nearer the time?
    Errrr...come back later ;)

I hope we see a campaign against writing posting details on the letters soon.

Strange? Maybe - they've been doing that with lots of us. Expect it to happen again. Then suddenly they send the "real" stuff again.

I think there may be some logic to it in that by "re-training" someone for a couple of weeks they establish that that person is still willing to participate in the survey. They could just ask by email though! It is also quite nice in that we receive the stamps each time.

Received my first 'proper' sending pack yesterday, after being in training (off and on) for a while.

Enclosed in the pack was a set of Celebration stamps, along with first class and parcel stamps. All will be very useful.

I moved house whilst doing this and the response came back saying:

We are unable to make address amendments to our systems; I have therefore removed your account under your old address and would ask that you use the following link to register your new address details.
