Yes mine is a bank too - I am supposed to hand-write the address, so did you use the online schedule address?

The online schedule is supposed to be the most up to date information so I would use the address on that.

I have just logged in and there was a correctly delivered survey invite waiting for me - assume this has been loaded at the end of the day as I usually find if you haven't picked them up early in the day they are fully subscribed.

i had a correctly delievered mine was put on at 4.40pm - thought it was late going on, but got in b4 all spaces got filled xx

I have accomplished my first un-addressed survey and Today received an email confirmation the completion and the voucher will be sent.

They say wait for further email for next stage. I hope it arrives soon.

Seems quite a few of us have had this with a particular financial institution!

What happens if this is the case but the item is to be labelled not handwritten, so label does not match online schedule - e mailed last week and again today but no response and item due to be posted tomorrow and in the absence of a response, not sure what I should do.

Miss Mollie - if it says label then I would just send it, even if it wrong address, at least you have notified them of it xx

Just wondering if others receive an email,

dear panelist, smarts are electronic tag (blah blah blah). If your online schedule indicates that a test item requires a SMART, please can you make sure that you have a SMART available to insert into it when you prepare the test item. (and so on)

So was wondering if generic email to everyone, or just me. As everything i have sent that require smart, has had included.
