I don't see why postage needs to be affixed if it is "response services". Surely "response services" means the recipient pays, not the sender?

I think when they say APL that's exactly what they want - I've just had an email to say it's the proper APL label they want, not stamps.
Re the response envelope, if I were you I'd not post it this week but email or phone them re the missing envelope and ask them what they want you to do about it. Chances are they'll say to leave it.

Oh, I see. BRS can be 2nd or 1st class.

Elsien suggests emailing or phoning. Phoning is better if you are able to do that one morning. As you will know it can be quite a while before you get a reply to an email.

I had a missing jiffy bag onw week and was told to ignore it. They would note it and it woud eventually drop off the system.

Hi everyone. I hope you can help.

I am a brand new starter with this and I have just received my first pack yesterday. I thought they would have included some instructions on what I need to do. I received 1x envelope and 1x jiffy bag, it looks like I need to post the envelope in the post box and take the jiffy bag to the post office. Do I just go to the counter and ask them to take the jiffy bag? Do I need to ask for proof of posting?

I haven’t received any log in details for the website so I don’t know how they will know I have sent it?

    Many thanks

If you haven't yet had login details then you won't even have set up which postboxes you use (I assume). Therefore you can't even post anything.

I'd ring or email them (you must have had some email correspondence from them, so must have their contact info and your username info I assume) before doing anything with the postings. There's no point in just posting them.

(and no, don't go the counter with anything unless it won't fit in the box or needs stamps/postage bought)

I received a training pack in the post, and there is also the training page on the website you can look up to get you started. But it may well be that they've sent your envelopes early and the rest of the info is on its way along with the welcome email and instructions.

    Hi Catz1ct,
this happened to me when I started training a few weeks ago - confusing isn't it? You will probably be sent instructions over the next few days, so I'd just wait. I got the same as you at first, then another mailing a few days later with some training "smarts", then last of all an email with instructions. Doh! :rotfl:
