When i check on my tasks, it is highlighted in red to return 2 smarts. However i only have 1 of those smarts and i do not have the other. Does this happen often and what is the best thing to do ? Thanks in advance.
Return the one you have, and send a email to TNS and let them know you dont have the other (whether mislaid or perhaps you put it into a letter that was sent as part of the survey? I know I've done this before myself!)
They can then remove it from the log on the site from their end.

The last time I was on the unaddressed survey the envelopes didn't arrive until the Tuesday of the first week. Luckily I hadn't received anything on the Monday.
They only ask a small amount of those taking part to return the items. I seem to recall that I have seen 40% mentioned somewhere.0 -
400 out of 1800 are required to send on items in the unaddressed survey. Just keep your items to one side for a week or two. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

When you're handing parcels over at the post office counter and the staff are asking what's in them, as they're no supposed to, what are you saying? I had a DVD sized one today and said it was a DVD and the lady commented on how light the package was (as it was obviously only foam) I just nodded along and she didn't ask anything else. Just thinking one of these days they're going to tell I'm fibbing lol0

I had the same conversation in my post office - now just waiting for the knowing looks the next time I go in. It didn't help that I was spotted trying to lurk unobtrusively to find the displayed last acceptance times as I didn't want to ask after the foam conversation. They now think I'm a complete nutter. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Hi
When I asked about the last acceptance times, the post guy said 7pm but they are posted the following day. Seems it's the same as on the post box (5:20 if handed in at the counter) 5:30pm.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

According to the displayed notice in the post office which I did eventually find, the last acceptance time is 5.20 pm, but the time on the post box outside is 6.30 pm. Perhaps I do need to ask to double check. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

generally the boxes outside the PO get a final collection along with the PO.
However its not unknown for the boxes to get a later collection, if a driver passes them anyway.0
