No, definitely as I stated, which was taken from a communication sent out earlier this year which gave information on various things e.g. parcel items, incentives, automated postage label.
They may well have altered their terms but I have not been sent anything about it.
The reply to my email earlier this month about not having received the April incentive, first apologised(!) that I had not received it and then told me it would arrive at the end of this month so that would infer I should have received it earlier.
It would be useful if they actually confirmed the payment schedule on the website, then we would know the current situation.0 -
Medium parcel question folks. It says on the posting schedule that it should be sent first class at £5.65 and I was sent £6 to cover the cost, but when I got to the post office and asked for first class they only charged me £3.20.
Have I made a mistake and should I have asked for something other than first class?
It should be £5.65, but some of the post office staff are putting them through at £3.20. I got one the other day was just grateful they did not charge the extra to me.0 -

Oh, I got the one with the stamps in last week (after they'd said they wouldn't send me any more posting schedules), this is another one. Don't be surprised if you get a posting pack next week too...0 -

I mostly spend my L2S vouchers in Wilkos on household stuff. You can use them even if the total is less than the value of the voucher but they can only give you up to 99p change.0

Iuse a lot in Wilko's as well.0
