If you email them, you should get a reply but it may not be quick. I had to do it once, and did get it sorted but I think it took a couple of weeks. You might be better trying to get them on the phone if you can.
Thanks, I got through 2nd attempt, and the guy registered the box for me, so it's sorted now :)

I do wish they would update the golden smart winners list. It was last done on the 6th May.

Would be useful but I'd much rather receive the golden Smart!!

  • has anyone else received a Gardeners World magazine in June? its not showing on my list of items without R numbers.. the instructions state to keep anything for 3 weeks then return to them if it does not show on the list... but im wondering if this was from another place altogether as im always sending for freebies and things like that!.. ive had farmers and dental mags in the past through the survey.. plus i dont want to return it at my own expense, especially if its not a test item !
  • In the gap between being told I had finished my training but there were no spaces in my area, and then being told I was back on the panel, I received a strange magazine in the post . I rang the subscriptions department for that magazine and they told me it was a 3 month subscription taken out by TNS.

So I knew in advance of TNS's phone call and email that I was back on the panel.

It took a couple of weeks to show up online.

So if you want to be sure, why not ring the subscriptions people?

Well I am meant to be back on the panel from Monday but not received any posting pack & there is nothing on my posting schedule but they've not contacted me oh why can't they get themselves organised.
I have received a serious quantity of junk mail catalogues all of a sudden in the last few days though...
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

Its getting a bit of a pain now with the oversized deliveries, my postman will always take back to sorting office and leave a card if not in. Only time can get is a Wednesday late opening when the queue is about 30 mins long and a 20 min drive away.

Just had cd/dvd box which luckily just caught before going out. Even the posting packs are getting bigger and wont fit through letterbox sometimes especially if posting a cd/dvd box.

Help! I have a medium parcel to assemble, no instructions as to how to assemble it, and it's a weird shape so I can't work out what to fold where. If anyone has an idiot's guide they'd like to share with me, I'd appreciate it. Normal boxes I can do, but this one doesn't seem square.
    Thanks.
