:oJust received my first starter pack. Bit confused as letters that are required to be posted next week need to include smarts.
But these have not been included in pack.
    Any help ? !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be patient - you may receive letters to log, that contain smarts.

If not, when entering the items on the TNS website, just mark it as not containing a smart and post as usual.

On Saturday I had to post a cube at the post office which I had to pay for. The clerk asked me to put it on the scales and then asked me what was inside? I was a bit thrown by the question so replied with " nothing expensive". He then asked if it contained batteries or electronics? I said it didn't.
What do other participants reply to these questions?

When I posted mine I took a leaf from the intelligent poster on this thread who said "a baby toy". :) Then they asked if there were batteries in it and I said no.

I think I need to start writing down what repayment I'm expecting and when I receive it.

    Hi

I've attached the receipt I received to the Posting Plan and will keep until I am reimbursed the £2.00.

Yes it's to cover the postage - it is a lot and more than I was expecting to have to fork out of my own money. Then you should get the incentive in due course - not sure when as I'm still waiting for the incentive for my May cube to arrive, so keeping a record is probably a good idea.

I'm still waiting for the incentive for posting a cube at the beginning of April and another at the end of May. Have emailed twice now as the April incentive should have arrived at the beginning of June but it didn't.

I posted one yesterday, she asked what was in it, and I said a plastic mug :) first thing that came into my head.

Why are people questioning what they should say if/when they are challenged by postal staff about the contents of the boxes....

Basically the guidelines tell you to say a piece of foam....

lots of things get posted to other people from lots of places...its not that weird a thing to say "Its a piece of foam"....you dont need to pretend its anything else...you are just doing your task and the PO counter staff are just doing their job....

Following is the reply I received yesterday when I queried not having received my incentive for April posting

Incentive vouchers for posting cubes and medium boxes are sent out at the end of the following month, and we are sorry you have not received your voucher for the cube you posted in April.

The £2 Love2Shop voucher incentive for posting this item will be dispatched at the end of the month.

Please let us know if you do not receive your incentive voucher by the beginning of July and we will investigate the issue further.
