On Saturday I had to post a cube at the post office which I had to pay for. The clerk asked me to put it on the scales and then asked me what was inside? I was a bit thrown by the question so replied with " nothing expensive". He then asked if it contained batteries or electronics? I said it didn't.
What do other participants reply to these questions?0 -

"Nothing prohibited."
Or as instructed by the survey company - see their website.

Many thanks. I checked on their website ( don't know why I hadn't thought to do so before lol) and they say that the reply should be "a sample of foam":)0

Am I the only one who can't get rid of the popup today about last collection times? I've tried different browsers but still it's there rendering the site unuseable.0

There is a 'next' button at the bottom of it, I just couldn't scroll down. So clicked on the pop up, clicked tab then enter and it had managed to select it.0 -
I managed by minimising the screen and pressing the next button and was in. Hope this helps.0

Thanks for that although took me a couple of tries, as I tend to use the "return" key for enter which didn't work but using the "enter" key worked a treat.
Another example of how good TNS are!!0 -
I managed to get rid of the last collection times popup, but it took me about six tries to input the time I posted a letter today. It kept asking me if it was before the last collection time (which I'd had to confirm was correct) and then what time it was exactly, and then saying it was invalid and to enter it again. And on and on until it eventually moved on to the which day of the week is displayed question. I think TNS went mad on last collection times today!0
