Hi Fruit and Nut Case :) - online all the smarts id's have the same code... However i received no smarts and the instructions say 'add smart'. Do they arrive separately? Thanks for your reply. Hope its going well for you.

You will get the smarts in separate mailings.

And if you don't receive enough in time, which you probably won't, then hang onto the letters you don't have smarts for and post them a week later on the same date. The first week or so of my training I got the smarts separately, but then they started sending them with the senders pack each week, which made it a lot easier.
  • I expect someone with a better memory will be along soon. :) Good luck!

Just a word of warning, when posting cubes etc. keep the proof of postage and also the paper posting schedule as I haven't received my £2 incentive for posting one at the beginning of April and they're asking for the details of it but it's dropped off my online schedule as it's too far back so I'd be a bit lost without the paper proof.

Thanks for that info. I also haven't received the incentive for a cube posted in April so will now send them an email.

I have my posting schedule as well as the receipt but I think in future I shall staple them together & keep in a separate plastic pocket as a reminder & proof.

I've been told some of the incentives for cubes posted in April were delayed/missed and are going to be sent out a month later at the end of June/beginning July.

Looks like next week I will be sending items to addresses that are not in West Brom.. does this mean I'm not in training any more?

So I've just been sent my first magazine, a boxing one which I'll pass on to my nephew and also my first envelope with the date in time in corner. Font understand why people need to do that. It's not that difficult to look at the postage sheet daily.

Totally agree, was so annoyed. I would never think of writing the date, time and where to post on the envelope. In the person defence it was written fairly small but I was immediately drawn to it as I thought it was maybe her post code.
