It sounds like you've been rested but they've forgotten to stop the magazines? Strange. I would get in touch with them about it.

Welcome to the panel - hope you find it smooth running.
  • New Unadressed Survey starting for me today - I think this is the sixth I have got overall - but there is a whole lot more effort required for this one! In the others I have done (the last one was only about 5 weeks ago), I just entered on the system all addressed stuff that came and also those that I had to specifically look out for.

This time, I have to put a white sticker on each item with a note of my panel number and the date it was received, then I have to save up all the items and post them to TNS at the end of each week in provided plastic posting bags.

Is this a new thing or is it just that I have got off easy before?!:rotfl: More effort required but the incentive is still only the £5 voucher :(

    Hi

I had to return leaflets for the first time. Funny though, I only returned 1 leaflet and mostly of the displayed leaflets weren't received.

    True, it is more effort.

I am also starting a wave of unaddressed mail....I've done them reasonably frequently over the last year and as yet have never been asked to sticker or return anything...

I think its either a random occurance or a certain number of panellists that are chosen to authenticate the results of the monitoring.

Thanks for your replies  I never usually get too much unaddressed mail anyway so shouldn't be too much extra to do! :D

I am doing my 3rd Unaddressed survey this year, and two out of the three have required me to add the sticker and send the items off.

I look at it from the point of view that sending the items away is normal, and I have gained by not having to do so on the other one.
