I re-joined the panel last September, after a 1 year break. I chased TNS twice for my monthly incentives so far, since I re-started (never had that problem in the past) and I also received only 1 Presentation pack last year. I thought, according to the panellist guide that we should receive Presentation Packs every 6 months. Does anyone receive them anymore and when they would usually be sent? Thank you. :)

First time on the panel I only received one presentation pack during my whole stint iirc. I also missed out on a months worth of stamps but had no luck receiving them.

2nd time I have received one starting. I'm assuming they say every 6 months as they assume you'll be on the panel for 6 months at a time, so one and the beginning and one at the end.

I got a call from TNS yesterday offering me an Unaddressed Mail Survey - unfortunately it starts next week and I'm on holiday, shame as its the first one I've been offered for quite a while. At least they haven't sent me a posting pack for next week, and no items showing to post on the website - I know some on here have had packs when they have booked a holiday so I was half-expecting it :D

Thanks, Beckyy. I emailed and requested my stamps incentive when I didn't receive them and they sent them to me eventually, so it might be worth sending them an email.

It's more than 6 months since I re-started and I haven't received the email for "resting" yet, so I believe, you are right, they might give you one at the beginning and one at the end of your period. I think the process was working better before TNS, but they are getting slightly better than last year.

I also haven't received yet the vouchers for posting small packets (Cubes) at the Post Office, as someone else was asking in a previous post.

Does everyone get 5-6 items in average every week? I used to get about 2-3 when I started, 3 years ago. Now we have to post a lot and the incentive is the same.

Mine varies a lot, I would say on average I have to post an item(s) on 3 days a week. Some week I receive loads, other a couple.

I'm still waiting on my vouchers for posting a APL cube at the beginning of April - if they don't come soon I'm going to chase them up.

You're more patient than me, I was just about to contact them about a May cube till I saw this.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Well the unaddressed mail button has just appeared so looks like I may be starting next week after all.

On the main survey when you're training do you enter the large envelope that you receive with the envelopes you have to send out? I hope that makes sense :)

I cannot see the point in the jiffy bag posting - 1st £3.20.

The cardboard insert which is meant to beef it up collapses so makes it a lot thinner than it actually should be.

When you hand over at the postal counter I constantly get "well you could have got it as a ..... and saved yourself £....."

When you receive a jiffy and enter the details it always asked if got first attempted or left a card.

Mind you I would be well hacked off if I had to go and queue at the sorting office is out when arrived.

No, for the unaddressed survey it is items that are not addressed to anyone in the house. You would only log the large brown one if doing the correctly delivered survey.

You should never hand anything to the PO staff except the cube boxes and the medium parcels.

I got a medium brown box yesterday and it only has £3.20 APL on it. The PO staff must be very confused about sizes still.

Apparently they're sent at the end of the next month. So April should be sent at the end of May, May at the end of June. Guessing it's to allow for posting a week later and a possible delay of receiving panellist to input details etc. maybe? It's a pain though as easy to forget about them.
