ps - Wish they would give you somewhere to record the big brown envelopes that the test items come in, my last 2 have been quite damaged when they arrived!

Are they being damaged when your postie puts them through your letterbox or actually before then?

Be careful about telling TNS that they are badly damaged as they might decide to take you off the survey as they could consider that your participation has been compromised.

I think the quality of the envelopes they use are not the highest and I often have problems with small white envelopes I receive as they rip along the seal.

I cannot see the point in the jiffy bag posting - 1st £3.20.

The cardboard insert which is meant to beef it up collapses so makes it a lot thinner than it actually should be.

When you hand over at the postal counter I constantly get "well you could have got it as a ..... and saved yourself £....."

When you receive a jiffy and enter the details it always asked if got first attempted or left a card.

Mind you I would be well hacked off if I had to go and queue at the sorting office is out when arrived.

The jiffy bag and the DVD box fit in the postbox outside my post office. They do not fit the small postbox local to my house.

They both fit through my letter box.

Open it up and lay it flat, pull the side which are folded in out then put the foam in the middle (+ smart etc.), fold the side flaps back over the foam, then seal it up. If that makes sense?

Mine arrived soaking wet last week and ripped both sides and everything falling out, the postman just pushed everything through the letter box separately. Most weeks they are ripped. Today he did knock at the door and hand the envelope to me.

Both I think. From trying to be put through the letterbox when they only just/barely fit, but quite a few have been torn open r soggy wet.

I never thought of that actually, and I have got in touch with them about it to mention... hopefully they won't think along that line :(

Thank you! It asked if it said Spring 2014 on it, but it said June 2014 instead. I chose yes cos it is the current issue and I assumed Spring was just an old way (they also had a different price in the image), but should I have said no?

You should have said no. You should only answer yes if the image AND issue (spring in this instance) matches. The images are scans of the same mailing you should have received.

Remember this conversation from the 26th-28th May? Well the magazine in question is still showing up when I go to input when no R-number is found. Any idea why? I thought maybe they knew it wasn't meant to be Spring 2014 and I should try clicking "no" this time and then it'd go away, but when I click "no" it just says I've confirmed it's not the mailing I received and to reselect another item from the list. What's going on? All the other magazines I've received have been trouble free!

For the last 3 months all I've been getting are magazines which I enter in the survey online. I only got to post out items after the training for about a month. Is this normal and do you not get any stamp rewards if only entering magazines received?

I've never been in that situation; it sounds very unusual. If you're receiving magazines it would seem that you're still taking part in the survey so should be getting stamp incentives. I suggest you phone or e-mail to ask.
