Has anybody received the L2S vouchers for posting a cube in April yet?0

Key Characteristics: what does the obscure "Other Value" mean? Other than First Class, perhaps? Can't find anything in the guide or training pages. Seems to be a Y/N answer when there are a range of values, even within First Class. Unimpressed with TNS so far.
Is Printed Postage Impression "metered"? Again, not covered in the guide or training, and not one of the examples given. I assumed it is metered since the only other option is "stamped". Again, why so vague? Is it really that difficult to design a survey clearly - just list all the options and let respondents click the appropriate one.
Apologies for my exasperated tone <:0 -

"Other value would be for franked/stamped mail that has a value next to it 320p 1st and 280p 2nd for example if the value on the item doesn't match either then press "other value"
PPI Mail USUALLY just asks you to confirm that it was 1st or 2nd class (depending what it was supposed to be) metered mail is franking.0 -
Thanks Damio, thought they were late - starting to worry mine had irronically gone astray.0

Do you mean by "a value next to it", a value on the envelope, or on the information label inside, or on the entry screen? Do you mean by "value on the item" the PPI1 on the envelope, or the "1st 93p" on the information label inside? What is the value of a PPI1 anyway? On the entry screen it just said "other value", nothing else. I still don't understand how to decide whether it is "other value" or not. Other value of what, compared to what?
It didn't ask ask me if it was 1st or 2nd, it asked if it was stamped or metered. It's not clear to me whether you are saying that PPI mail is "stamped" or franked/metered, or something else.0 -

It seems that the sender has incorrectly sent this item as all the PPI items should simply ask you to confirm "was the item marked 1st class" or "was the item marked 2nd class" dependent on which it should have been with yes or no answers.
I would enter this item as "Other Value" on that basis.
By value of the item i am referring to the entry screen, options would be in the case of a large letter paid by stamps 1ST/93p, 2ND/73p, Other Value.... Other value should be selected if the value on the item (actual paid in stamps or franking) varies from what is shown. Obviously standard 1st/2nd and 1ST/2ND large stamps do not display a value but if a 1ST large letter stamp was used for example you would select 1ST/93P.
If your options are 1St Class, 2Nd class or other value and the item is PPI then i would mark it as "other value"0 -

You are not restricted to one survey at a time. I am currently on the regular survey and the unaddressed survey. TNS can be very slow about contacting survey members. Check online to see if there is an "Unaddressed Mail" button on your TNS homepage.
IIRC the button was in place on the Friday before I started the survey on the Monday, but the confirmation mail package did not arrive until the Tueday.0 -
Thanks for that.
I have done the unaddressed mail one before and they sent the confirmation package early and a email obviously a bit slower this time. Although there is no sign of the unaddressed mail button at the moment either. Guess I will have to wait and see.0
