I shouldn't worry too much - they told me I was on my 6 month break due to being oversubscribed, just after I finished the 3 weeks of training, then I was put back on it a fortnight later.
They do seem to make it up as they go along.
hope they do that with me because ive enjoyed doing the survey and the stamps are an added bonus

Some people have previously asked if there was anything to be done with the piece of foam we receive.
Well, I searched and found out that it is used in yoga:

"Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose - supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand)."

If people have found other use to it, please post.

    Good find.

The last time a PO Counter person asked me what was in the cube I told him that it was a sex toy. Well, it's not my place to be judgemental about what recipients use the foam for. :D

Has anyone else had a email telling them to make sure items always have smarts in them? I got one today, but always include smarts and it has my panel number in the subject.

I've been sending letters for a few weeks now, and have just received a cube and letter to send.
I've only had one lot of stamps so far.. when should I receive stamps?
the incentive stamps are sent on a monthly basis... i recived my june stamps a couple of weeks ago in may, so hang in there. dont forget, you dont get stamps for your training period so if uve had one lot then it shoud be about 4 weeks till the next.. did you receive a presentation pack at all?

Just received another roll of tape (got one a month or two ago also).... this time they included a piece of paper informing me that they have included a roll of tape in my pack.... Someone at TNS clearly thinks we're stupid and/or as useless as they are.

They have also sent my 2 medium brown envelopes back to back meaning the glue has sealed them firmly together... DOH!
