Towards the end of the month for the following month - I've just had June's.
So, I should receive them any day now?

What would I do if they didn't arrive?

Is it normal to receive sellotape then? I have sent 2 cubes so far (in 3 weeks i might add) but have never received any sellotape. I know it sounds cheap but it would also be cheap of them expecting people to use their own materials to send the items.

Are you sending items to places other than West Bromwich? If you aren't, you won't get more stamps until you do.

If you don't receive stamps when you should, email them - or phone them on the 0800 number one morning.

Has anyone else had a email telling them to make sure items always have smarts in them? I got one today, but always include smarts and it has my panel number in the subject.

Thanks, yes I just received my first cube, going to West Brom.

Do you know how long it takes before I get out of West Brom?

People have reported varied lengths of "training" - from nothing to about 7 weeks, I think. Also you sometimes get a week, or even two, with nothing to post there and then it resumes before you get "real" stuff to post.

It really is a case of wait and see.

Is there a button on your survey homepage which allows you to check if the item is a test item? This button has been on my homepage for quite a while but I haven't needed to use it. If it is there try using it to see if it sheds any light on the matter.

Good point about the button! I do have that, but had gotten used to ignoring it since it was never needed in training. Gave it a click and the magazine is on there, as well as the previous one I received, and another three that I can expect - one of which I would like to read! This is all quite exciting! Cosmo is showing up on the list now so I can put it as received as well. Worth having a look at what's under the button!

First lot I've ever had. Maybe they're listening to the feedback a bit more.

They sent them out to a lot of panelists several weeks ago with a sheet showing how to assemble the new medium parcel items.

I'm not sure if this was a one off mailing or if it is now something that is sent out to everyone though.
