I'm not sure what that is?
I've just had packets with a letter and a jiffy bag to post, this week I have a letter and a cube, all going to West Brom in 2 different names.
Presentation packs are the special stamps that RM issue from time to time where you receive a pack of various value stamps issued to commemorate a particular event.
If you are sending items to West Brom you are still training so will not receive any more stamps until you end training.0 -
Got my very first package. Confused. What are Smarts? How can I add them when none have been supplied? shouldn't some sort of guide or website link be provided for first-timers? Thanks if you can help.0

Did you not get a guidebook with all the info > if you sign into your account and go to news and features it has a picture / descriptions of what smarts look likeblahblahdoh wrote: »Got my very first package. I assume that you are just starting training for the survey.
You should have received a panellist guide in the post when you started. There is also lots of information on the website under Training and FAQ. It is useful to also check the News & Features page, as this has any up to date information/changes.
When you are training you will only receive "training" Smarts which will be sent to you but not necessarily for every letter. If a Smart is ever to be included it will show this on your posting schedule against a particular item.

Is it a clear thin tape that you have received?
I have received one a few weeks ago and I would have to do with it.
However, the larger brown variety would have been a better choice; to seal those cubes.0 -
Yes, it's clear sellotape.0

Just won £10 on the daily draw - yippee!
Had a couple of these when I first started some years back so those still waiting you just have to be patient.0 -
Just received another roll of tape (got one a month or two ago also).... this time they included a piece of paper informing me that they have included a roll of tape in my pack.... Someone at TNS clearly thinks we're stupid and/or as useless as they are.
Just got a roll of tape as well. The note saying the tape's there isn't too ridiculous considering the envelope mine arrived in today was sodden and in tatters, and the tape could have easily gone missing.
Also just had the amusement of addressing an item to my neighbour! I wonder who else I know might be secretly on the panel as well!0 -
I had a second roll of tape too! today.
Postie managed to get the large brown envelope through the letter box as I was out. Envolope was ripped with pushing it through the slot. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0
