I assume that you are just starting training for the survey.
You should have received a panellist guide in the post when you started. There is also lots of information on the website under Training and FAQ. It is useful to also check the News & Features page, as this has any up to date information/changes.
When you are training you will only receive "training" Smarts which will be sent to you but not necessarily for every letter. If a Smart is ever to be included it will show this on your posting schedule against a particular item.

Thanks very much heathererks and redagila.
No, I didn't get a guidebook or smarts.
I registered many many months ago, and recently got an email asking if I was still interested - next thing was this package.
The package has Information labels and a Posting Schedule (for next week) including the instruction "Add Smart".
I'll go to the website and see if I can figure it all out.

Your smarts should arrive this week in mailings for you to log.0 -

Thanks. Actually just this minute I got an email from them including a set of short guidelines. I had just emailed them moaning about lack of information. Should have been more patient.
The RM must be good though, if the package arrived faster than the email? It seems to have been delivered a week early. 0 -

The packs do all arrive a week early to help you prepare. The emails just come out at anytime they have time to reply.0 -
Oooh, I was a £10 winner today too! I've only been on the panel a few months, so well chuffed.0

Received what should have been a DVD item today but the sender didn't bother to make up the box properly. They just put the foam pad, Smart and form into the cardboard and sealed over. You could see the foam at each end and it was lucky it didn't all fall out from either end.
As the R.... slip actually says CD/DVD box on it, wouldn't you think that they would realise it needed to be put together?
I do wonder about the intelligence of some of the members doing the survey.
Just had the following reply from them after I sent an email about this
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. DVD boxes have caused a number of our panellists problems, and we are looking to improve our guidelines for making them up.
We will as you suggest call this panellist to advise them how to make up these items in the future."
So looks as though there were others who couldn't work out how to construct a box!!0 -
After my moan yesterday I received a roll of tape in the posting pack which came today! LOL!0

Could someone help as I don't comment much on here.

You are sent posting packs containing pre-paid envelopes and a posting schedule saying when to post the items and who to then you send and receive post and input data about it online (times, condition etc.) and are rewarded with 12 First Class and 4 First class large stamps per month as well as been entered into Daily, Weekly and Monthly prize draws.0
