When posting a cube usually inside the posting pack there is £4 of vouchers to cover the cost of you have to buy the postage - usually £3.20 for 1st.

When it is received then it triggers a £2 voucher payment to pay for you time.

So far I have posted 2 cubes, one I had to buy the postage for (back in April) so I assume that the £2 vouchers I received today are for that.

Or do we get the £2 vouchers for cubes which already have stamps on them?

The information on this was sent out earlier this year in a mailing. It said that "in 2014 for every parcel that you send, we will send you a £2 Love2Shop voucher at the end of the month. (Please note that this only applies for items that are too big for a normal-sized letterbox i.e. cube items/small boxes or bigger.)"

As usual with TNS, they do not seem to have kept up-to-date with the issue of these incentives and are only now sending out the ones for April postings.

It is a good idea to keep a record, together with the post receipt for a stamped item, to ensure you know you are receiving your incentives.

I posted cubes in both April & May, I never received April's incentive but have received £2 today which it says is for last month, so I'm not sure if this is April's that I've received late or May's that is on time.

It is probably your incentive for April. I emailed them earlier this month about my April incentive and was told it would be sent at the end of this month - it arrived today.

I am about to email again about my May incentive as they are not sending them out as originally advised which was "at the end of the month".

    Ah well, this is TNS!!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
I did this for a while but they've taken me off their survey list as I received a ripped letter with a missing SMART which RM had damaged - came in a plastic bag with an apology.
I informed TNS and got an email saying thanks but they might know you are a survey panellist so we're not sending you any more!
    Beware!
It was good while it lasted - I'm still using the stamps they gave me as an incentive!
DW was quite glad as she got a bit fed up with all the stuff coming through the letterbox, parcels at the door, etc. only for them to be mostly empty :rotfl:
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

Sorry to hear you were thrown off Jeferey. Are you saying your DW did not like the bits of foam!! I wonder if you have found a use for them on the allotment!

Except that one of the cubes I posted already had stamps on it so I didn't need to pay for postage, hence the question about if you also got the £2 reward for those ones.

Think I'll just wait and see if another lot arives!

The £2 is for sending a cube or parcel which needs to be handed in at the Post Office counter. They do not include the CD/DVD in that as they should fit in most post boxes.

If you need to pay postage they also give L2S vouchers to cover the cost of that. e.g if the cost of paying to post the item is £3.20, you should be given £4.00 in L2S vouchers to cover that, and then the £2.00 at a later date.

I got a letter two weeks ago saying my current stint on the survey had come to an end, and that would be my last posting pack, but guess what? I'm still getting posting packs through. Time to phone TNS AGAIN, I think *sigh*.

Medium parcel question folks. It says on the posting schedule that it should be sent first class at £5.65 and I was sent £6 to cover the cost, but when I got to the post office and asked for first class they only charged me £3.20.
Have I made a mistake and should I have asked for something other than first class?
