I'm about to start the unaddressed survey and for the first time they've sent me the plastic envelopes to send all the leaflets, etc. back in. My recycling box will be empty for the next couple of collections!

Further to my post above from the other day, I rung TNS yesterday and they said I was still listed as 'current' on their system. They couldn't tell me when my end date was, and as I'm a bit weary of being on the survey (the disorganisation, all the parcels, the fact that my post office moved part-way through the survey and is now more awkward for me to get to), I asked them to terminate me straight away. So now I'm officially off.

They've invited me to do the correctly addressed survey and I'm thinking about it.

I have done many unaddressed surveys in the past and i, like you, received the return envelopes and a sheet of stickers this time round. I dont mind sorting and sending the info back, but it was certainly easier just throwing it out !:D

Today i received a magazine that i was more than happy to keep.. August edition of GoodFood .!. This one wont be dropped off to the table in the doctors surgery as i do with the others!! :j

I'm doing this starting 30th june but i have'nt received plastic envelopes to send all the leaflets, etc. back in.:(

Hi I'm new to the forum and have just started on the survey panel.

One of the items I need to send is a response services item in a pre-paid and addressed envelope. I have the information label to stick to the item - but where do I stick the label as it doesn't have a test item insert? Sorry for the silly question.

When i check on my tasks, it is highlighted in red to return 2 smarts. However i only have 1 of those smarts and i do not have the other. Does this happen often and what is the best thing to do ? Thanks in advance.

Well if there really isn't an insert in the envelope (I find sometimes they seem to hide!), I would just stick the label to a plain piece of paper and insert that unless you are able to copy another blank one to use.

I'm also starting this tomorrow and have not been sent envelopes to return the items. I have never had to return the leaflets so assume that they are only asking certain members to return the junk mail.
