Thanks. So how much do you reckon you are pulling in on average every month?. The prize draw sounds like a red herring
Based on stamps only its paying out about 46p per sent/received item I reckon. If you assume that's an average of 6 items per week. At least one of those items will involve a trip to a Post office. Great if you live next to a PO or pass one every day, not so great if you're not

Yeah it's probably 40-50p per item assuming only stamps, They say that on average one item per month will be a "box type" item (which you would need to send from a post office) anything else will fit into a postbox.

The survey is really easy if you pass a postbox/post office every day and you tend to get anywhere from 1-6 items a week averaging 3-4 to send out, often multiple items are to be sent on the same day too. Entering items that you receive takes about 30 seconds an item.

If you then get invited to other surveys they are simple tasks such as counting how many items of mail are put through your door or if any items have been delivered to the wrong address, for which you get high street vouchers.

Personally I dont think many partake in the "survey" for its monetry incentives....For me its not about the fact I get a couple of books of stamps a month or the offer of correctly delivered/unaddressed monitoring in return for vouchers...but its the fact that I do actually enjoy popping out to post a letter!

Scoobie...I appreciate you might see the incentives as not worth it and thats perfectly fine, you are free to leave the panel if you find that it is inconvenient for you to continue or you feel the reward does not compensate you...but there are panellists who like me find it interesting and are happy to accept the terms and conditions!

A stint on the panel now lasts 6 months so its not as if you sign up for life and you are always able to decline a reinvitation.

I have not purchased a stamp in years and I have a healthy supply of l2s vouchers so for me and others it clearly works...
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

    SPOT ON!

To me it's not really an inconvenience as I would be at the post office daily regardless, plus my main incentive is the hope that by partaking in the survey I'm helping to improve the service Royal Mail offer hence helping me as the eBay parcels i'm sending should be delivered much more efficiently.

The Stamps are of course welcomed but i wouldn't say that it's the reason I choose to continue doing the survey,.

It's saved me a fortune in posting costs with all the price increases since joining. I use my stamps to make up the value for bigger items and the only parcels I've had to pay to post lately have been the APL test items! Worth it just for that for myself... and the mini eggs at Easter ;)

£11.16 per month in stamps, plus quarterly presentation packs, daily, monthly and weekly prize draws (for cash and vouchers) and various mini surveys that take about a minute to complete for additional high street vouchers....

I know to some people it's alot of work but for people like me who visit the Post Office everyday anyway it's a nice little scheme.

Me too, I go past post boxes and post office every day for work, plus when I'm not at work post box near to my house, so I don't find it an inconvenience. I quite enjoy doing it and the stamps are always welcome and saves me buying any.

I've never received a quarterly presentation pack?

One when joining and one after 6ish months when you go on rest, but no more in between?

If it makes u feel any better, I haven't either. I received one as a 'welcome to the panel' one off and never again.
I am due to be rested so maybe I'll get another one then......

For next week i have not had my posting pack so it looks like they may be running tight this week but you should receive it before posting due.

I am in the same boat, not having received my posting pack, but am not worried as there are only 2 items on the list and they can easily be posted a week or two late if they don't arrive on time.
