I received £5 L2S vouchers from TNS on 1 May for completing 'unaddressed mail' surveys, but still waiting for vouchers for 'correctly delivered' mail, which ended on 20 April.

A big thanks to the panellist who didn't know how to construct the dvd box that I received today. They didn't lift up the end flaps thinking instead that this was where they should tuck the smart and the paper. So the foam was clearly visible at both ends of the parcel.

Haha, oh dear. It's frustrating isn't it? I received another yesterday with postage type written on the front to remind them what to send it as.

I would email TNS as they should be able to get in touch with that panellist and tell them.

    I've done that before :o

I do it with the odd thing I sell on Ebay too depending on if the person has asked for 1st class or 2nd as I tend to send 2nd by default.

The cube I'm about to send is going to be late as the preparation pack was too big for my letterbox and I only got to collect it from the depot yesterday. You would think that they would make them a wee bit flatter!

They'd be just as well doubling up the posting packs as test items, as it's always them that get taken to the depot, damaged or opened more than the test items!

I received a small white with smart but the person who posted it forgot to put the R number in,so it won't let me input the data, I've emailed the office..

I couldn't agree more only yesterday when I heard the postman struggling and opened the door to him, he told me he was determined to get the pack through my letter box. Pack was doubly thick as it contained a "flat pack" cube and lump of foam with an elastic band around them.

Doh! I was struggling with assembling my first one - husband figured it out in about 10 seconds, knew I kept him around for something :D

Ive had letters with the day and time written on too.. I did consider emailing TNS as you suggest... but worried that by doing so i could possibly get myself kicked off the panel as they may think my identity as a panelist may have been compromised. so i didnt bother.
