I still haven't had next weeks posting pack either, would have usually received it last Friday....0

I would not worry one bit about your pack not arriving the week before. I honestly believe the packs arrive well before they are needed when the teams are a bit short on work, so they start preparing two weeks ahead. It does and has always varied for many years. About 3 years ago every pack used to arrive on the Tuesday before, but now they arrive any day even two weeks before.0

When I was undergoing training I read in the "Training Guidelines - Completion of Training" document that I would receive a "SMART holder (5 weeks after passing Training)"
I have my own system for looking after any Smarts I receive, but wondered if anyone had received one of the Smart Holders from TNS.0 -

Many years ago I received a clear plastic wallet/envelope (a bit bigger than C5) which had "Smarts" written on it. An unnecessary item.0 -
When you receive a jiffy bag it asks if it was directly from postman, or you had to collect - mine are always just put through the letterbox, but that isn't an option?
I guess that if you have a small letterbox that the Jiffy (or CD/DVD Box) won't fit through then they are checking if the postperson knocked and handed you the item or had to shove a red card through.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I'm on my second week of the main survey and only have one item to post next week. However, I received 5 items in the last two days and all of them contained SMARTS, super-surplus is a nice position to be in for a change2020 Wins:

I've been on the survey over a year without a break and in Hampshire. Haven't bought stamps for months and comes in handy when I've just returned to work from maternity leave. Some weeks I get 4/5 items , others 1/2.0
