You don't get anything for receiving the cubes - only for posting them.
Two things I've found recently -
When you receive a jiffy bag it asks if it was directly from postman, or you had to collect - mine are always just put through the letterbox, but that isn't an option?
The large brown a4 envelope items are folded before you even post them out so when you mark them as received and folded it's not due to RM doing it?0 -
The jiffy bags aren't the best designed - they include loads of paper and a cardboard to try and bulk it out but they always come through the letter box. I mark it down as first option - received on first attempt. I have had quite a few over the last month - all gone through letterbox. If they had to be knocked for at the door and possibility more visits to delivery office I would chuck in the towel a lot sooner.0

I wish they would put another 4 or 5 sheets of paper in the large brown envelopes. The stuff they put in currently is just not enough and that is why a lot of them end up folded.0

3010, they usually send me the a4 brown envelopes folded in half in my posting pack, so they're already folded before I even send them. Defeats the idea of using a4 envelopes imo.0

If you haven't had yours yet it may be worth emailing TNS or contacting them via the helpline. They regularly take a long time to reply to email. The helpline doesn't seem to have many people on their end, but if you do get through to them they are usually very helpful.
Ok, will do, thank you for your help0 -
I'm loving the pointlessness of the big white envelope they've been including in the posting packs.
I can understand them wanting to add another line of security when sending the item like the rewards but the last one I got only had a smart return envelope inside and the rest of the items in the brown outer envelope!0 -
The Smarts are always allocated by TNS. You need to wait until they show on your daily posting schedule before inserting them in the items.
Can you carefully open the items and put the correct Smarts in the correct items? Use tape to secure them again.
You could out a note in with them to let the recipient know you have reopened and taped them in case they think that another party did it.
OK, cool, I've done that.
Haven't received any posting packs yet, I usually get them on Saturday
And normally, I associate SMARTs on my own :P0 -

You can select the SMART to include if one has not yet been allocated by TNS but you can access the week's posting schedule on line.
I used to find that during, let's call it, Week 1, the online system would show Week 2's posting items but without specifying the Smart to use until around Thursday of Week 1.
So if I was ready to put things together for Week 2 on Tuesday of Week 1, I could do so and select from the drop-down stock list.
If I left it to the end of Week 1, then TNS had already allocated a Smart and therefore I needed to use that as you can't over-ride the system.0 -

Oh I see.
Thanks for clearing it up!0
