Just received some SMART return envelopes from TNS that I requested, along with a letter referring to the "enclosed missing stationary" as an "incentive".0

I also had one training item continually left over with no SMART - after waiting two weeks with no SMART arriving for the final item, I emailed them about it and they sent me one2020 Wins:

I currently have 6 SMARTS. They sent me one just to add to my stock last week and then I had a letter the following day saying they have a shortage of SMARTS.0

Emailed from the PanelYour time on the live posting panel will come to an end in 5 weeks. We will
then stop despatching Sender Packs to you and the number of survey items you
receive should reduce shortly afterwards.
Please do continue to prepare and post survey items during your remaining weeks on the survey. When you have posted all your remaining items, please post any SMARTs you have leftover back to us in one of the SMART Return Envelopes. If you receive any SMARTS in items after this time, we would be grateful if you could post these back to us too.
In 6 months you will become eligible to re-join the survey. In the meantime, we might invite you to participate on the 2-week long Correctly Delivered and Door-to-Door Survey.
Horray is all I can say! I won't be rejoining lol0 -
I've been doing this for the past 5 months and had my first CD/DVD box to send, is it just me or are they difficult to do up? took me a while to realise what to do! lol xx

It took me a while to realise that one end was thicker than the rest, and that it consisted of 2 layers of cardboard, part of which needs to be opened to act as the sides of the package.0 -
What do you think about the new process for sending items at Post Offices (Explained on the News & Features page)? Just seems like unnecessary effort to me...0

I hadn't seen it until you said.
After reading it I'm a little confused as unless it's items that don't fit in the postbox - I wouldn't normally go into the post office.
Agree it sounds like a bit of a faff0
