I have just prepared my final two training items to send. Next week I have three real people (well, one's a freepost.. but near enough!) to send letters to! Hurrah! After signing up years ago, finally getting onto training and then being dropped at the end, I am excited to finally be part of the main panel. Yay more stamps!

I have so many stamps i don't know what to do with them! lol. My grandparents bought some from me but I still have a purse full :rotfl:

Although, the large letter stamps are really handy for when i sell stuff on ebay! xx

Goals: Save £500 for emergencies, Save £200 of Amazon vouchers for Xmas, fix my holey clothes!

Before the Royal Mail changed the prices in April it was so easy to just use the stamps to make up the various 2nd class prices. Now nothing works.

As the stamps haven't cost me anything I don't mind being a couple of pence over. Personally I much prefer the £5 love 2 shop vouchers for the unaddressed and correctly addressed surveys. I save them up and then treat myself to some new tops, trousers etc.

    Hi again
I am just back on the posting plan again after training,
and my first posting packs are online for next week,
but I notice there is nothing online telling me where to
post the 3 items I am due for next week
Have they stopped doing that now and can you just post
in any of your registered boxes or have they just forgot
to put it on the site yet?
When I get the pack it will maybe explain where to post
and at what time, but in the past the posting plan online
and the one they send with mail used to differ at times
and they always said to go by the one online as it is up
    to date
Thank again for all the useful posts on this site

it may show in the advanced column online where the item is to be posted...otherwise it should say on the printed schedule....if not on either then its your choice where to post.

Ive had them occaisionally and if nothing shows up either on line or printed then I post in a nominated post box/postoffice thats easiest to me on the day.

For next week i have not had my posting pack so it looks like they may be running tight this week but you should receive it before posting due.

So, after starting retraining and then being told three weeks later that they were oversubscribed, receiving an email less than a week later to say I was back on the panel, then nothing for two weeks - I finally received my first real posting pack today. Got my stamps plus a nice pack of children's programme character stamps, according to the letter that was enclosed we should now get the special stamps once every three months. Only one item to post my first week, feeling happy :D

You receive or post up to 8 items a week. How much does that work out that they are paying you? It seems to me like slave labour, especially if you have to travel to the post office.

Does anyone know the value of the stamps you get per month? It strikes me that if they paid you that in £ you wouldn't do it. But by advertising it as "free stamps" everyone thinks they are getting a good deal.

have they reduced the payout? It used to be 2 x presentation packs they sent out quarterly

£11.16 per month in stamps, plus quarterly presentation packs, daily, monthly and weekly prize draws (for cash and vouchers) and various mini surveys that take about a minute to complete for additional high street vouchers....

I know to some people it's alot of work but for people like me who visit the Post Office everyday anyway it's a nice little scheme.

Thanks. So how much do you reckon you are pulling in on average every month?. The prize draw sounds like a red herring
Based on stamps only its paying out about 46p per sent/received item I reckon. If you assume that's an average of 6 items per week. At least one of those items will involve a trip to a Post office. Great if you live next to a PO or pass one every day, not so great if you're not
