Hi,
I've only been on the full panel a couple of weeks and I'm finding the vague and sometimes muddled information from TNS really quite frustrating. I've found the helpline is often engaged and if I email a question the reply turns up days after the posting date of the item I'm querying about!
One (possibly silly question). The SMARTS in the received items - do I post them all back in the SMART returns envelope, or do they ever get needed for posting schedule items?0 -
When you receive a smart in the post from another panellist you log it into the system as received and that updates your smarts in stock listflipflop29 wrote: »

the smarts may be recalled by the panel in which case they will turn red onscreen and you remove them and post them back in the smart envelope..
you can also use any that you have when preparing post to send that require a smart insertion with the itemfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I've had an email today telling me my six months is almost up and I'm going to be rested in a few weeks. I have to say I need the rest, it's perfect timing as my health has been poor recently and I'm hoping to be having surgery in the next few months. Thanks to everyone who has answered my questions over the last 6 months!0

Well, I was supposed to receive my first posting pack this week for my third stint on the survey. Nothing has arrived - although I suppose this shouldn't be a surprise given that TNS appear to be in chaos at the moment. Nothing showing on the website either - time to email them, sigh, I'll I expect a reply sometime in April

You're not alone. It's exactly the same for me too.0 -

Anybody else receive a roll of sellotape? Is it instead of stamps? Or am I about to get boxes to post?It wouldn't be instead of stamps as they are a monthly incentive, it will either be to bulk something out with (like the paper/cardboard in the jiffy bags) or for sealing a box
I got one also. Many of my large and medium brown envelopes don't stick so I sellotape them closed. So maybe others have complained and they have issued these to all panellists to help. But almost certainly it is for boxes, as I got the £2 love to shop vouchers too.pineapple123 wrote: »About to get boxes I think.0 -

Almost certainly.
Though it has to be said one person in this thread has reported not having received any training before engaging in the full survey!0
