I received an item on Friday with the wrong R number sticker attached, it has a different postcode on it, so when I come to enter it as received the system won't let me. I tried ringing them on Friday but the phone just kept ringing then the answer machine kicked in.

if the R number is incorrect the system wont allow you to enter it...in this situation write on the envelope or a covering piece of paper that you are unable to log it onto the system as R number does not match...and put everything you received in the envelope including the smart into a smart return envelope and send it back to them to deal with

I have done this on several occaisions and they have never come back to say it is the wrong thing to do...or indeed if its right come to that...but at least the smart and everything gets sent back to them to deal with as they wish

I heard from TNS - although not in direct reply to my email wondering why I didn't get my first sender pack last week as promised, I doubt I'll get a reply to that this month. I got one of their standard emails saying my first sender pack is "being prepared" and, whoopee, sounds like it will yet again start with training. I only finished my last stint in November, what a waste of time and money :D

apga seems to have been the first to mention it, on 21 March.

I'm getting quite a few received items with dates & times of when & where to post written on them - but the icing on the cake definitely goes to the sender who stuck a blue postit to the front of the envelope with the posting instructions!! I thought these mailings were meant to not attract attention.

Oh heck, I think I actually might have DONE something like this (only with a pink post-it instead of a blue one) today!! :-O

I had three items to post, mixture of morning/afternoon/postbox/post office and so I didn't mix them up I'd put post-its on them meaning to take them off. Thing is, for one of them it was really windy, we were parked on a yellow line and in the rush to get back to the car I think I forgot to take the post-it off. Eeek! I could really kick myself for being so stupid.

I'm back on the survey after a 6 month rest. Someone please tell me they're really efficient now and they've not increased the amount of small box parcels?!? :D

    They're less efficient than ever....

The frequency of boxes is increasing and they are also introducing a new "Medium Box" ....you must now pay for box items with cash at the post office and will be reimbursed with Love2shop vouchers

Can I just say, I have been doing this since 2010 and if I have to post 3 items on the same day but different times/ post boxes etc, I have always posted them together in the same box. In all this time I have never been questioned about it. I don't get rewarded enough to go out 3 times a day to 3 different boxes if thats what they are asking for. Just do it all together, as long as posted on the same day its' fine. ;)
