I got one of those letters, treasure_hunter - when I rung up they said they send that letter out automatically when you've finished the training and it just means you're being moved to the main panel! Very strange logic...0

I hope they dont forget about me !! i wonder if il have to start the training period all over again when i get re called??
Same happened to me about 6 weeks ago, I have completed an unaddressed and correctly delivered since then and just received emails to do another UA and CD. Still not heard about going back on the main survey again.0 -
The training is not getting much better. I have posted the training items as follows,
Week 1 posted 2
Week 2 posted 2
Week 3 Nothing
Week 4 posted 2
Week 5 (Next Week) nothing on screen yet, so another break I assume.
The training I think needs to be bought more up to speed. During the live panel it is rare to have any weeks off. I am looking forward to leaving training and getting back to the live panel as this is more organised in terms of items online.0 -
posted for years then I e/mailed them as I was having a stint in hospital no reply then re applied was put on to training since then nothing so I think it is a hit or a miss with them also think they just send out auto e/mails0

I've just received a roll of sellotape too, but no stamps. I just presumed the tape was for using on the boxes :question:0

Though it has to be said one person in this thread has reported not having received any training before engaging in the full survey!
I dont realy mind if i have to re-train as i received stamps with my training pack and if i have to do it all again i should get some more stamps, for just posting a couple of training letters a week for another month! so not all bad i guess
This would have been my second 'stint' and in all the time ive been reading this thread, that post from panelist who had no training info whatsoever was certainly a first !! i received a very informative A4 sized ringbound booklet with 23 pages this time round!! 0 -
I used to receive loads of items with the date and time they were to be posted pencilled on the front. I emailed TNS to complain about it because it would look so obvious to the postman and other staff. They emailed back saying they'd look into it but wouldn't hurt to send a memo saying not to do it!
Today i received a test item that had date, time, postage cost and the word 'smart' on the top left of the envelope.
Came to enter it online and it should have been metered (it had a stamp on), so after all the reminders being put on the envelope the sender still didnt get it right lol!

At least you will have been able to enter online that it was stamped rather than metered and what value had been affixed.0 -
I received an item on Friday with the wrong R number sticker attached, it has a different postcode on it, so when I come to enter it as received the system won't let me. I tried ringing them on Friday but the phone just kept ringing then the answer machine kicked in.0
