Can I just say, I have been doing this since 2010 and if I have to post 3 items on the same day but different times/ post boxes etc, I have always posted them together in the same box. In all this time I have never been questioned about it. I don't get rewarded enough to go out 3 times a day to 3 different boxes if thats what they are asking for. Just do it all together, as long as posted on the same day its' fine. ;)

Thanks candjsmum, that's really good to know, and a very good point about not being rewarded enough. I happened to be heading into town yesterday anyway so it worked out ok to post them separately (well, apart from the weather/yellow lines/post-it incident) but another time I wouldn't be able to do all of them myself, so I'll bear your post in mind.

Just remember that if you are going to post the items all together make sure you record the actual time you post them rather than a time within the timeslot on your posting schedule.

    They're less efficient than ever....

The frequency of boxes is increasing and they are also introducing a new "Medium Box" ....you must now pay for box items with cash at the post office and will be reimbursed with Love2shop vouchers
Sounds like the old parcel survey is being absorbed here. I used to do that as well. You had to pay and get reimbursed with extra Love2Shop vouchers to compensate

Yes if I have always posted actual time of posting and not the time I have been asked to post.:)

Last week I had a different pre addressed item in my pack to the one I was suppose to send. I emailed them but have had no reply. This week the items I am suppose to send have not arrived. Has this happened to anyone else.

Have tried but get no answer. Have been doing this on and off for about 4 years and never had a problem before. Might be time to pack it in.

The packs for my first 2 weeks on the main panel did not arrive. I emailed twice but didn't get a reply to those emails until after I had managed to speak to someone on the helpdesk. It turned out that although I had given plenty of notice for my holiday (6 or 7 weeks before my holiday dates) they had somehow ignored those dates. When I didn't send the items they had scheduled for me on time, they decided to take my name off the active list. This appears to have been resolved, and I have been scheduled to send 3 items next week. Hopefully the pack containing them will arrive in time for me to send them off on the appropriate days.

Has anyone else not received their posting packs for next week? I usually get them over a week in advance (before the items even show online) but have still not received next weeks items.
