If anyone is interested in joining another postal survey with a company that live in WC, EC, HG or LD postcode areas I have a link/referral code. It is much simpler to do and you get paid monthly with Amazon vouchers. Just pm me.
Please note this is a referral link and the referrer receives an incentive - its for the international mail panel and I received the same email.

My posting pack for next week (w/c 31st March) has just arrived .... yes that's right it's arrived at 04:50AM i predict something dodgy going on with my post!!! Roll of tape was enclosed however 2 of the envelopes required were missing! Time to speak to the delivery office manager later i guess... maybe he can explain why my post is coming at such a ridiculous time.

    You need to raise this.
    Something is very wrong there.

Possibly delivered to the wrong door, and the householder delivered it to you when they were coming in late or going out early.

I live in a small development of 3 bungalows, and from the entrance to the site they are numbered 3, then 2, then 1, and each of the front doors are clearly marked with the appropriate number. I often get mail addressed to the other 2 occupiers, even if there is no mail delivered for me.

my post has been realy late recently and its because the vans dont deliver normal parcels anymore the normal postie has to do it all instead so obviously takes longer

may not be the case with you tho

Sounds like it got delivered to somebody else by accident and they put it through the door when they were passing. Has happened to us in the past at bizarre times. I'd raise it with TNS though.
  • Has anyone received April's incentive stamps yet?
  • The one thing I have noticed since commencing the surverys is that my post is getting to me earlier. I used to recieve it for the past few years between 1.30 - 2.30pm weekdays now Im getting it around midday. Umm do you think they know. ;)

No. Even if they did, they aren't going to change their rounds just to get your post to you a couple of hours earlier.

Though the time is recorded on the TNS system, that isn't part of the RM success measurement. Sometimes one is asked whether items arrived in the first or second post and I've certainly not been aware of any domestic second delivery for a good number of years.

We get mis-delivered post round here alot (i've had the whole street of 40 houses crammed through my door in the past, however i actually saw the postie make the delivery (in uniform but working from his own car rather than the usual RM vehicle) so my thought is he decided he couldn't be bothered yesterday took it all home then dealt with it early this morning?

I have alerted the delivery office manager today who has assured me he was not aware of this, launched a full investigation and assured me he will work with the delivery sector manager to ensure that it cannot happen again.

Not sure if i should tell TNS too or whether i'll be greeted with "you may have been compromised" after all the package appeared damaged / possibly tampered with and a couple of envelopes missing they should be able to pick up on it from the data entered for other survey items that arrived at the same time surely?
