Didn't get it last week either...did however receive a box to post 2 weeks ago, which I Did on the right day only to receive construction instructions a few days AFTER the posting date. Lucky I have some common sense!0

On my posting schedule for next week I have an item to be posted 'response services'.
The panelist guide explains this means the recipient pays the postage but does anyone now how I go about posting it? The Royal mail website talks about special envelopes but the item is a plain A4 envelope.
The posting schedule gives details of the licence number etc for the service.
Very recently they began to send smaller items (eg DL envelopes, books of stamps) inside the plain white C4 envelope. This was no doubt with the intention that they would not fall out of the large brown envelope if it was roughly treated in transmission. The C4 envelope is not one meant to be used for survey mailings - it's a potentially useful freebie!0 -

The A4 white envelope already had an address label on it and is also marked fao ............. in the bottom left hand corner. So it is definitely intending for posting.
There is no stamp or pastage marking on it.0 -

If TNS have put an address label on and marked it for someones attention then i would just send it as it is, either its supposed to be like that or TNS have messed up and would reimburse the recipient if they get surcharged by Royal Mail anyway.
I would say to contact them but you'll be waiting weeks for a reply to your emails if indeed you get one at all!0 -

I have emailed them and it is not due to be posted until Friday so I'll see if I get a reply before then.0 -
Would be very surprised if you did, let us know0

Has anyone had to send a CD box yet? How did you do it please? The foam I have been given with it doesn't fit (it is thicker than the box itself) and when it's closed you can see through the box from one side to the other?StayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0

Yes I had one of those. Could find no instructions on the website so I lifted up the two flaps, stuffed the foam under then, pulled the rest round to make a parcel & sealed it quick before the foam escaped and then................... I realised I hadn't put the smart in!! So had to open it up, it all sprang out, but after a wrestling match got it all back together.
There was no sheet of paper to stick the R number label on, so had to improvise with the free blank paper we get in every parcel.
Next challenge............... will it fit in the post box?? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:essex girl in exile0 -

There are 2 flaps, which look as though they are part of one side, which separate in the middle of the thicker side of the box. They are used to contain the foam and to prevent anyone seeing what is in the box.
I hope this is clear enough for you. If not please let me know and I will try and explain it better for you.0 -
Thanks both, I have now got it together, bit late in the day I think!
lesliejack that's pretty much what I did, jammed the foam in and sealed it quick lolStayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0
