The one thing I have noticed since commencing the surverys is that my post is getting to me earlier. I used to recieve it for the past few years between 1.30 - 2.30pm weekdays now Im getting it around midday. Umm do you think they know. ;)

Royal mail have recently completed / are currently completing their modernization program and as part of that they are re-working routes etc. area by area so the earlier time could be something to do with this

Has anyone received April's incentive stamps yet?

Last month's stamps came with the schedule for w/c 3rd March so I believe the next stamps will come with schedule for w/c 7 April.

I have already had my schedule for next week and none included with that one.

by the looks of it the stamps have gone back to how they were issues this time last year.

They will come in the first pack with the W/C date in the new month (E.g 3rd March, 7TH April, 5TH may etc.)

Ok, 2 questions...what happens if you don't post a box they have given you vouchers for? I just don't have the money to spare at the moment!

Second, does anyone just use the mint stamps they send you? They don't seem to fetch much more on ebay for the hassle and I'm not interested in collecting them!

On my posting schedule for next week I have an item to be posted 'response services'.

The panelist guide explains this means the recipient pays the postage but does anyone now how I go about posting it? The Royal mail website talks about special envelopes but the item is a plain A4 envelope.

The posting schedule gives details of the licence number etc for the service.

    1) the voucher thing is a new system so i can't say for sure but from the responses TNS have given people who have said they cant/don't want to pay for boxes they will just remove you from the panel.

    2) i do indeed, they work just the same as any other stamps (obviously as long as you get the correct value of postage from them)

the response service envelope should either have a big 1 or 2 where the stamp should be or be a freepost envelope (or something of that sort) if you have received a plain a4 envelope then they've probably sent you the wrong thing...

if it has the 1 or 2 in the corner whee the stamp should be or a freepost address then just put it in the postbox like any other mail (no need for a stamp)

I have had what I assume are April stamps...no tape...and the pack I received can only be described as mangled and torn but nowhere to enter that observation online as far as I can see?

Nope there's nowhere to enter the condition/date of receipt of the posting packs unfortunately... presumably the pack with stamps was for W/C 7TH April? the tape was in the pack for W/C 31ST March.
