I've had the same problems as everyone else with the CD box - and mine didn't have a sheet for the R number either - I ripped one off of some received post and stuck the new one on it, no idea if that's acceptable.

Has anyone managed to put it through the post box though? It looks too thick to me. The posting schedule says post box, but I just can't see it fitting. I don't think jamming up a post box is the point of the exercise :-O

There was no sheet of paper to stick the R number label on, so had to improvise with the free blank paper we get in every parcel.
I've just had this with a response envelope. It's no great trouble to improvise but it's symptomatic of declining standards at TNS.

Let us know if they allow you to stay on the survey - others have reported they have been removed.

From reports on here it seems the "retraining" varies. I had a couple of weeks with nothing to send. Another TNS shambles.

I would look on that as lucky...at least you hopfully get all the awkward posting for your stint out in one week...far better than having it spread over a long period of time IMO...

I have to send a cube next week.

I received one last week, with stamp but not postmarked or machine markings. Just wondering whether to reuse it next week and save myself the hassle of making up the cube.

    What do you think?

I would just reuse it, but that is just me.
