these are the parcels they are giving us £2 extra vouchers for and have to be taking into and handed over at the po counterflipflop29 wrote: »I thought that was for the cubes? Either way, the posting instructions clearly said 'post box' not post office. I've emailed TNS to point out to them that's impossible.
The letter i received with the £2 vouchers to "bring them up to date on items posted before march" says that it is for any "small parcel / cube item or larger" according to royal mails pricing the DVD boxes are been paid for as "small parcel" so i'm not sure....
Saying that they also put the "small parcel" postage rate on the jiffy bags and we certainly don't get vouchers for those...
Things that don't fit in post boxes shouldn't be showing as "post box" in the posting method.... I've had them request i send cubes in the postbox in the past ... doh! no wonder new panelists gets confused and send things incorrectly0 -
Just a query as I am now back on the training posts to
west Bromwich, this is my first week and I have been
asked to include smarts, but so far I have one for todays
letter but none for tomorrows
Should I keep it to next week as we used to do and wait
for a smart or just send it without one inside
Both the smarts I am supposed to send out have the same
code on too, so I wonder if it is a mistake on their side
Cheers for you very helpful advice on this site it is much
easier than a phone call to them.
That my problem as well,no smart for tomorrow, I've tried to ring them but no answer,so I'm leaving it till next week.Jane x0 -
Thanks to Getrealbabe and Saxoman, I will just leave
it to next week to send if it does not turn up tomorrow,
I was not sure if it would go against us not posting or
posting late on retraining weeks0 -

How long does it take after panellists input info onto the database for TNS to ask us to resolve queries?
Is it likely to be the same week or the following week, or could it be quite a bit longer than that?0 -

Hi
During my first week of retraining, I forgot to post a letter. I just posted it the following week on the same day. At least you have a valid reason for posting late, I didn't.:)Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

Hi
You might never get asked. I had a couple last year from post I sent from my nearest postbox.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

a query is usually generated when the corresponing entry is input and does not match or takes longer than expected...ie if I input that I send you a letter today and you input that you receive it on saturday then a query might be produced to ask you if you input the correct date for receipt...if you dont log your post on the day of receipt then that query wont be picked up until you enter the received day IYSWIM
If a panelist only enters data once a week then the queries can take longer to filter through so thats one reason to keep on top of data entry.
Sometimes queries are sent seperately by email and not via the red box on your info page and they can be several weeks "out of date"....but from memory I cant recall having a query on an item over a month old.
I usually keep received post for 2 weeks and then shred.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
