"Response Service" means that it won't have a normal postage stamp. "Response Service" is not only for those which have printed markings but also Freepost. I've lost track of whether you confirmed that it didn't include "Freepost" as part of the address.
No, no freepost in the address and no markings/ licence number etc on the envelope. Just an unstamped envelope0 -
from the training guide
If the online posting schedule is asking you to ‘Add SMART’ but you have no SMARTs in stock that you can allocate then please hold on to the item and wait until you receive one directly from TNS or in an item received from another panellist.
Thank you, I got my pack out again last night and re-read through it and found that bit. Getting my head around how it all works now. Will hang on to parcels in future that are in need of SMARTS.
Wouldn't you think they would either make sure you have enough smarts for your parcels or write on the schedule (especially for newbies) 'if you don't have a smart please hang onto this item until you do receive one'. Then that would remind us newbies as I thought it must have quite a strict timetable with it stating particular days and after certain times etc. :j0 -
When you receive your A4 size brown envelope with your schedule & items to post in (this is my 2nd week posting) am I supposed to mark these in as received online?0

There are some circumstances when you would need to log items received but that would only be if you are taking part in a correctly delivered survey...these are seperate to the main panel and you may be asked/invited to join to complete them throughout your time on the panel.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Nope - the pack itself isn't an item. In the posting schedule online - click Following Week and see if all the things listed there are actually in the big brown pack. When you receive your A4 size brown envelope with your schedule & items to post in (this is my 2nd week posting) am I supposed to mark these in as received online?
I have had a case where there were Jiffys and parcels in the same week so it came as two of the big brown packs. lUckile they came on the same day but if they hadn't - I might have been chasing them for missing items...I need to think of something new here...0 -
I will have a check online. The big brown envelope was ripped along the bottom by a good 3-4 inches so I'm hoping there's nothing missing.0

I started my first week of training on Monday and had 2 items to post (letter + jiffy) yet I received only one training SMART (received separately from the posting pack).
After sending my items, I improvised by selecting the option of 'no SMART included' for the second item on the posting / sent items page when i was completing the data entry. My posting plan now shows as data entry complete for both items, one being a SMART and the other a non-SMART whereas to start with they were both labelled as SMART.
I have now received a posting pack for next week and more SMARTs are needed so hopefully i'll receive a couple in the post by then.0 -
Just had a letter saying I'd completed my training also got the usual stamps and a special set of Classic Children's TV stamps. A seperate envelope contained the one letter they want me to post out next week.
Looks like I'm back on the treadmill!

Same here. However, I have 5 to send. ALthough that has been reduced to 3 because they forgot to include the freepost envelopes. :wall:0
