Been a bit of a browser on this thread for the past 6 months, Posted my last package today as have finished up my 6 months this week.
Got asked by the man in the post office if I had put the stamps on it myself! I said no its a return and thats all I was asked.

I started my first week of training on Monday and had 2 items to post (letter + jiffy) yet I received only one training SMART (received separately from the posting pack).

After sending my items, I improvised by selecting the option of 'no SMART included' for the second item on the posting / sent items page when i was completing the data entry. My posting plan now shows as data entry complete for both items, one being a SMART and the other a non-SMART whereas to start with they were both labelled as SMART.

I have now received a posting pack for next week and more SMARTs are needed so hopefully i'll receive a couple in the post by then.

I'm also new and had the exact same query as you the other day, only one Smart sent but two items required a Smart each. I also sent both items but only one including a Smart. I later realised I should have hung on until I received another smart before posting the item.

That may have been because sometimes the stamps overlap, he may have had suspicions that you were re-using stamps overlapping them to cover slight markings

I sent my first one this morning. Like a previous poster I had to improvise by putting the R-Number label on a blank sheet and then tape up the package (the pre-applied sticky wasn't sticky enough).

You may have had a CD/DVD box from a bad batch, as I have one to send which seems secure enough with just the pre-applied sticky tape.

I have also just received one from another panellist today and that was quite secure using only the original pre-applied sticky tape.

Week 3 of training and back on a break. Which I'm guessing means no stamps for the weeks I have done. I do wish they'd get their act together.

The stamps you receive when you start training are to cover you during that period.

Received my next batch of postings for w/c Monday 14th April and they had included a small box of Cadbury's Mini Eggs as an Easter treat! :)

I received a reply to my email to TNS over not having enough training SMARTS for items that needed them. Yes we should hold these items over until the following week when, hopefully, we will have a SMART for them - do not send them out without a SMART. I now have three items to post next week and no SMARTS for any of them up to now, looks like they have improved the time taken to respond to emails but everything else is as chaotic as usual :D

You should have received 12 x 1st class and 4 x large letter stamps with your first training pack. You do not get any more stamps until you start on the proper survey - if you did not receive your stamps with your first posting pack then you should contact TNS and let them know.
